 Please review the unit Readings and Resources about biases and the four goals of anti-bias education (ABE).  The 4 goals are: 1) Identity, 2) Diversity, 3) Justice, and 4) Activism.  
Describe one example of a hidden teacher bias. 
Identify one ABE goal and explain how you can use the goal to help mitigate the bias.
Discuss challenges that teachers need to overcome to achieve anti-bias education goals within early childhood settings.
