Discussion 2: Just anwser the question in 150 words.

Many law enforcement departments train their patrol officers to process
crime scenes. Do you believe this should be a patrol function or do you
want your officers to handle calls for service. Or would you rather
have civilians trained in this field to process crime scenes. Keep in
mind, each agency has a budget so what would you cut or would you just
keep patrol as your crime scene person. What best serves the citizens.
